Women’s Sexual Anatomy

In order to become more orgasmic, you have to know all about your own body: where everything is, what it is called and how it feels.

Remember, being relaxed, confident and in control is very seductive. The first step is to learn your sexual anatomy. This way you can understand more as you learn and communicate what you want in the future with a partner.

Medical diagrams can be helpful, but it is also good to see photographs of real people as well as looking at your own body.

The second step is to experiment on your own to get to know how each part responds to touch. Take as much time as you need at this stage. Many women who have not spent enough time playing and experimenting in this way often are not orgasmic.
