Instructions for Strengthening Your PC Muscles

It is very important to have healthy PC muscles, also known as pelvic floor. Women with good control over their PC muscles, enjoy sex more and have more orgasms.

Your PC muscles are the same ones used to stop the flow of urine when you have to pee.

We will use a set of smart balls to help you do some Kegel exercises.

One of the great thing about smart balls is that can have them inside you for extended periods to strengthen your pussy and increase your control in this area.

Put some oil or lube on the balls and slowly insert them into your vagina.

Squeeze and Hold
Start by squeezing and holding for a count of 3-5 seconds, then release and relax for 5 seconds.

Do this a couple times.

When you release, notice how your muscles feel. The first time you do a kegel exercise see how many times you can do it before you feel your muscles getting tired.

Add Resistance
Now try adding some resistance by pulling on the smart balls and trying to hold them in your vagina until they pop out.

Once your start to build your strength and coordination, you can do these exercise anywhere and at any time. Do them at least 2 or 3 sets of 10 per day.

Use a Dildo for Resistance
You can also use a dildo to do Kegel exercises as well. Lubricate your dildo, insert it inside your and practice squeezing and releasing your muscles around it.

Just as you did with the smartballs squeeze your muscles as you pull the dildo out of you.
