Tuning in to Your Body & Breath

Having better masturbation and orgasms is about building up your sexual energy in stages.

The way we do this using deep breathing, making sounds and expressing the energy through movement.

Deep Abdominal Breathing
Lie on your back (it might be easier to do this on the floor with a blanket or mat underneath you, and a pillow to support your neck.)

Place one hand on your abdomen, with your thumb in your bellybutton, Place your feet flat on the bed and point your knees upwards with your legs spread.

Take a slow deep breath in through your nose and filll your entire abdomen.

Then let it out with a big sigh.

Do it again, and feel the three parts of your breath move one after another:
• First your belly
• Then your your mid chest
• Then your upper chest.

Let it out again through your mouth with a big sigh.

Use your voice to express how you feel.

Do this a few times.

Pelvic Rocking
Pelvic rocking is a great way to get your energy flowing and release stress.

So this time on the inhale, lift your pelvis up slowly, as you fill your lungs.

Then slowly lower your self back down, as you exhale with another big sigh.

Do this a couple times. Focus on your abdomen and feel the energy in your pelvis.
