Instructions for Standing Pelvic Rocking

To get your energy moving even more, let’s do some standing movements. These are great for the dance floor too!

Now stand up in front of the mirror, stand with your feet about 2 feet apart.

Bend your knees and put one hand on your buttocks and your other hand on your belly button to feel the motion.

Or place your hands on your waist to support yourself.

Rock your hips back and forth. Breathing in and out a few times.

Now move your pelvis in circles clockwise.

And a few times counter clockwise.

This is called Stirring the Pot!

Then move back and forth.

Lift yourself up and down with your legs as you do this.

Make some noise. Great!

This is a great way to get your blood pumping and get turned on before masturbation or sex.

Do this 5 or 6 times.

After you are finished, stand with your feet still and feel the energy flowing through your body and follow your breath.
